Come, Let us stand in the gap for the nations !

Who shall go on my cause?Dearly beloved in Christ, we greet you in the precious name of our beloved Saviour Jesus Christ. This is Ravi Abraham Ministries of Evangelist Ravi Abraham which has been conducting End Time Revival Crusades in the differerent states of India, and in the East African Nations. It was the time when the state of Odisha, India witnessed unprecedented violence against those poor people who, having the tasted the Calvary love of our Lord, had decided to live as Christians.
Whom shall I send….!
It was indeed a very terrible time with many poor and innocent Christians killed and burnt alive, temples and houses demolished, families scattered and the dwelling places turning into grave yards. It was only then that the heart of our dear Brother Ravi Abraham ignited with passion when he received the loving call of his beloved saviour echoing “Whom shall I send, who shall go on my cause…” and “I sought for a man to stand in the gap and make up the hedge”
This is a special calling!
People were still at large, the land still represented a grueling grave yard, heavy police patrolling was still in force…. In this perilous circumstance, our brother received God’s direct calling! The loving call of His beloved saviour constrained this Law graduate cum politician, a successful entrepreneur, a Government Servant with a prosperous and comfortable life to consider as ‘loss and dung’ all the worldly fame and glory that he was abundantly bestowed with.And this passionate love of beloved saviour, the love which passeth all human understanding made him sell his car, his house and all the properties to leave for Odisha, in the most precarious of all circumstances when the land was burning with unprecedented communal violence.
As for me and my household !
His beloved wife, a Government Servant holding the post of Principal in a Mission School (Mrs. Wills Amutha, M.Sc., M.Ed., M.Phil), his school going son and daughter who had just completed their seventeenth year with big hopes and dreams of a bright future readily committed to partner with him in this tough, toilsome and sacrificial missionary ministry ! This sacrificial expedition set on fire many a violent-ridden province with the Gospel truth. No power, no regulation could contain this fervent man of God who set about his march with this chief commandment of the Lord.
Following the foot-steps of Christ…!
Looking at the life of blessed Lord Jesus Christ, of whom it is said he had no place to lay his head but wandered after the poor and oppressed ones and the life of disciples who walked on their master’s foot-steps our dear brother along with his family were one day drawn to take the same path to preach the Gospel like pilgrims and sojourners moving from one place to another, from one street to other and in due time the Lord enabled and equipped them to conduct large-scale open-air crusades to take the end-time Gospel to many districts, states and nations.
Go ye into all the world!
Resisting all sorts of oppositions, anti-conversion laws and various threatening from the highly challenging states of Orissa, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana they are continuing to hold large-scale Gospel Meetings and harvesting souls for the Lord.With all the equipment, fixtures and vehicles that are required to conduct large Gospel meetings, with the whole battalion of family members and ministry assistants they have been covering several states in North India and now in the place which is called ‘Dark Continent of the World’ in the most challenging regions of African continent through their mega Gospel crusades held every week, souls are being added to God’s Kingdom.
I sought for a man…
One Godly man Moses, resisted and overcame the nation of Egypt and all the nations that came against to deliver six lakh children of God and his own family.
The challenging ministry of one Elijah turned to the Lord a whole nation that had gone utterly corrupt.
When one faithful and upright Joshua departed, no nation, no king that came against him could withstand.
When Daniel, Esther and Joseph stood zealously for the Lord of Lords, the history of big nations were rewritten. They conquered kingdoms.
Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? (1 John 5:5)
